Beach Bootcamp w/ Soho Yoga

Get out in the sun (yes even during winter) for a beach bootcamp with Tom! This will be a fun class full of energy guaranteed to get your heart rate going. He will work on core, strength, conditioning, improving balance and mobility! Such a wonderful mix of movement. Tom is super excited to weave in some bodyweight and use of equipment to get a full-body workout. This is an all-levels class made for everyone!
